Vintage Griswold Symbol Ware Mid Century Modern 8 quart oval cast aluminum roaster with enameled lid. Hard to find piece. Circa 1950’s. Created by designer Peter Muller-Munk. 
Cleaned and polished and ready to use. Hand crafted cast aluminum for fast and even heat distribution. Inside features a boil over rim to prevent cook overs. Inside measures 13 inches long, 10 inches wide and 5-3/4 inches deep. Sits flat on a glass cooktop. No pitting, chips or cracks. Lid is in great condition. Knob fits well.
